在 99.co 看到呢个 post, asking $780k, 即刻问 agent 可不可以看。
agent 话 seller 只是 intent to sell 未可以看住。

睇完 second view 后,重鐘意。企在窗,望出去个景,好舒服. 而且全间屋的窗向南,好好风。
第一次睇,太贵没打算买。睇得没这么子细。
现在第二次睇,当然要看清楚些。
睇完同 agent 倾,agent 话 seller $730k ok, 但要求 3 months extension, 我话 ok, 没问题。
Agent 话 seller 去了食饭,晚上9点覆我。

收到 email, hdb accepted application, 3星期后会收到文件,预计 completion 在 30/4, 只可以迟,不可以早。

现在等紧 30/4/2021 上 hdb 签文件和比钱。
呢间屋好好,
第一,门口座北,三间房和厅的窗向南。厨房路台晒衫向西。
第二,是鳳凰層(即是顶楼下一層)。
第三,装修又好,起码可以悭几万完装修。原本预算 10万装修,现在要推迟 10 年了。
呢个就是我原本打算装修的厨房。
我们专登坐车去 punggol 睇呢间屋的装修。

最先是在 carousell 睇到呢个 post, 覺得好靚, 所以約咗2020/9/13 去睇。
睇完後, 當然不成。因為我覺得屋主只係試水溫, 其實 no intention to sell.
但就比我認識到 tampines green leaf 呢个屋苑。
好鍾意, 所以決定要找呢个屋苑的楼。唔再找別的。
